Cancellation Policy

No Immediate Termination

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires. No prorated refunds are provided for early cancellation.

After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting support@koating.site.

Koating is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell physical products. All services are delivered digitally through our application.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
